Jerroms Corporate Finance ensure successful sale of leading air compressor provider

Jerroms Corporate Finance is pleased to have advised and supported Bambi Air Compressors (Bambi Air) in its acquisition by Lucena Capital.

Situated in Birmingham, Bambi Air specialise in producing a wide variety of electric-only, oil-free, and silent air compressors for the dental & medical, OEM & scientific, and industrial sectors.

Established in 1977, by its current owner Laurence Clutterbuck, who is looking to retire, Bambi Air have a worldwide reputation for manufacturing quality products and providing outstanding after-sales care and servicing.

The buyer, Lucena Capital, founded by Ben Suquet, specialise in acquiring UK SME businesses from retiring owners to drive sustained success and long-term growth. The acquisition of Bambi Air further broadens Lucena Capital’s portfolio, having acquired Impress Group, a leading provider of precision engineering services in the UK back in November 2023.

David Fletcher, Managing Director, Jerroms Corporate Finance acted as lead advisor to Bambi Air, guiding them through the process from start to completion, and will continue monitoring and supporting Laurence throughout the post-deal integration phase.

Successful sale of leading lift service provider

Jerroms Corporate Finance have provided lead sell-side advisory support to the owners of Elevate UK Lifts Ltd (Elevate UK), a leading provider of lift servicing and maintenance. The successful sale to Deltron Lifts, forms part of their growth strategy and will further enhance their presence across the Midlands.

Established in 2014, the owners of Elevate UK have developed and supported the business, fostering long-term relationships with customers across a range of sectors.  They have also built a dedicated team of experienced and highly-skilled engineers committed to providing high standards in lift maintenance and customer service.

Our Payroll Services

  • HMRC Statutory Forms, Including P45s and P60s

We will issue and process all statutory forms such as P45 and P60. These are essential for annual income tax reporting and instances when an employee leaves your company.

  • PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory Sick and Maternity Pay, Bonus and Termination Payments

Salary sacrifice schemes are especially beneficial to you and your staff because you’ll both stand to make savings on National Insurance. We’ll ensure the relevant percentage of earnings is deducted before tax and make pension contributions on your behalf.

  • Deductions Such as Student Loans

Along with income tax and National Insurance, your employees might be subject to additional deductions depending on their current rate of pay and personal circumstances. We will calculate the amount that needs to be deducted for student loans based on each individual’s wage and repayment plan, along with any other relevant deductions.
